Evaluation and Impact

There is increasing pressure for organisations to be able to explain the value of what they do to diverse audiences. There are a wide range of methods, tools, and frameworks that can help in doing this. This workbook does not outline yet another approach; it aims to help organisations decide which approach is best for them. The exercises in this workbook are designed for use by one person, but they can be adapted readily for use in pairs, groups or organisation-wide where that is more useful.
